How do I purchase?

Once you find an item you want to purchase, specify the quantity and click “Add To Cart”. The item will be saved in the shopping cart on the right-hand side. It will show you the list of items you have selected so far, and the total cost.

Order Summary
• Ensure that the items and quantities are correct.
• Registered shipping to worldwide is free
• Enter any discount voucher, if you have, and Save.

Shipping Address
• Enter your shipping address and Save. Make sure that the saved address on the right-hand side is correct.

Payment Mode
• Select the payment mode preferred. You can choose Bank Transfer, Credit Card/Debit Card or PayPal.
• Jewellery Lite strongly recommends Credit Card/Debit Card or PayPal options.
• If you have selected Credit Card/Debit Card or PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, our payment gateway. PayPal provides a secure environment for card payments. Your card information is never disclosed to Jewellery Lite. Your privacy and security are safeguarded.

How do I pay?

During checkout, you are given 3 payment options: Bank Transfer, Credit Card/Debit Card or PayPal.

Bank Transfer
This is available for Singapore customers only.

Details of our bank accounts are provided on the order confirmation page, and are as follows:

Payment within 24 hours is required. Once you have transferred the payment to our account, please email us your Order No and the Jewellery Lite account you have transferred the payment to. Once payment is verified, we will reply with a confirmation and process your order.

Once the 24 hours have elapsed, the order will be cancelled and items selected will be available once again to other customers.

Credit Card/Debit Card (including VISA, Mastercard, Amex)
You will be redirected to PayPal, a secure environment for you to enter your card information. Information, like merchant details and amount payable, is automatically provided in the PayPal screen. There is no need to login to PayPal. Simply click on the “Don’t have a PayPal account” to proceed (see image).

You will be redirected to PayPal, where you need to login to your PayPal account, and authorize the payment to Jewellery Lite.


I will be paying by Bank Transfer. What should I take note of?

Firstly, Bank Transfer is available for Singapore customers only.

If you are one, you should note the details of our bank accounts on the order confirmation page. They are as follows:

There was an error at PayPal. I am not able to complete the checkout. What should I do?

Please try again and check that:
Billing Address: The Billing Address supplied to Jewellery Lite must be the same as the one you have supplied to PayPal.
If the problem persists, please write to us at Sales@JewelleryLite.com, describing the issue encountered and error message. We will work with you to resolve the issue.


How do I convert the total bill to another currency?

All prices stated here are in Euros. To convert it to your local currency, you can toggle the currency converter in the header of our page, or use online currency conversion services, which estimates based on prevailing foreign exchange rates.


About Shipping & Delivery



How will my package be sent to me?

All packages are mailed to you through SingPost, Singapore’s designated Public Postal Licensee (http://www.singpost.com.sg/). 

We mail it as a Registered Article, which has a Registered Article number (RA number). This allows you to track the status of your package, at: http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.asp



How much does shipping cost?

Shipping by Registered Mail to any worldwide location is free! 


When will my package arrive?

Once we receive the correct payment, we will issue the package within 2 working days. 

Once the package is issued, SingPost usually takes another 1-2 days for Singapore addresses, 1-2 weeks for major locations and cities, and 2-3 weeks for other locations. Details can be found on the SingPost website (http://www.singpost.com.sg/).

 

Returns & Refund


How do I return an item I bought?

Jewellery Lite has a 30-day money-back guarantee on all normal-priced items. All sale items are not eligible for return. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you can ask for a full efund. All you need to do is email us with the following information:

• Order number
• Which item you want refunded (either Product Code or Product Description)
• Reason for refund
We will get in touch with you after receiving your notification.
